THE FARM
OUR FARM
We grow our food without the use of pesticides or other chemical contaminants.
We are volunteer run. Looking to volunteer yourself or book a group visit? View our opportunities in the link below.
We utilize agroecology techniques with a focus on regenerative farming.
The Blackfoot name for Calgary is Mo'ohkinstsis, where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet. We are honoured to live, work, grow, and volunteer on the traditional and unceded territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy comprising of the Siksika, the Piikani, and the Kainai Nations, the bands of Tsuut'ina Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Goodstoney First Nations. This territory is also home to the Métis Nations, Districts 5 and 6 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. As settlers, we are grateful for the opportunity to grow and educate on this land which has been stewarded by Indigenous Peoples for millennia.
Grow Calgary is incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement we've received from our partners and sponsors. Learn how you can contribute to our mission below.
